Theory Hair Salon

Been going to Theory for awhile and it's always a great experience. I have curly hair, so it's been a struggle to find a good fit for me, but Shannon has been awesome. I'm so happy to finally have a stylist who listens and cares about learning how I usually style it to get the results I want! Highly recommend!

I did not have a good experience here. I booked a partial foil online as I was told to do. When I’m at the appointment describing to my hairstylist(harmony) what I am want, she tells me she’s not going to do that and doesn’t have enough time. That’s totally fine I say, and we end on her saying she is just going to do a highlight. I leave there in not a highlight, basically after being talked down to for 2 hours I leave with my hair splotchy and not what we agreed on. I don’t say anything, and I agree that was a mistake I should have said something. Anyway I left without $300 (which by the way is crazy for a highlight) and a botched job. All around horrible experience! I would not and will not suggest to anyone!

Result ABSOLUTELY not worth the price, or any price over like $80! Also the stylist that did my hair talked down on me most of my service for not knowing much about hair care. Overall not a good experience, left feeling pretty bad about my hair and myself.

Shanon did such an amazing job on my hair! She did exactly what i asked for and was incredibly kind! I definitely recommend this place its so fun and the people are amazing!! :)

Taylor Casey is an amazing colorist! She recently did an all-over color transformation, with elaborate foil process to give it depth and dimension — topping with the blue for a hair style that I absolutely love! She's also cut my long hair with a curtain bang in the past - which works with both my natural wave, and when straightened. In addition, Taylor is a kind and wonderful person to engage with. Highly recommend for her skills and creative coloring!
