The intake process was thorough and I highly recommend completing it before your appointment. Kim took her time going through my history and concerns. She was kind and compassionate. My prenatal massage at 35 weeks with Kym was amazing. I had another “prenatal” massage earlier in my pregnancy and left feeling like it was just a light touch massage on my side. Kym’s technique is actual deep tissue prenatal massage. We talked about pain points and areas of focus and Kym tailored the massage for me. I had a wonderful postpartum massage with Kym! The table was especially set up to be comfortable for the postpartum body. Kym used the perfect amount of pressure and was able to focus on areas of the body that were very tight and sore for me as a new mom. I highly recommend her for all postpartum people!
