This place seems so nice and inviting until it wasn’t! I’ve been getting my lashes done since forever and this was by far my worst experience! My lash tech was coughing and sniffing the entire time which was 3 hours without the courtesy of wearing a mask and as if that wasn’t enough she was talking to her coworker the entire time using foul language! I expressed to the owner Alejandra of my experience which to my surprise she just blew me off and made every excuse you could think of to make it acceptable. I was not offered a single apology instead the I was insulted and offended! I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way I was treated especially after spending $275.00 for lash extensions! i love the wink lab! The owner is so kind, the energy in the salon is cozy and relaxing. You can tell the girls truly take pride in their work. My lashes and brows always look perfect. Shannon, Mia, and Valentina are amazing. Highly recommend!

This is hands down THE best place for a lash lift and tint. Not only is it the best results, it’s also the most comfortable. I have tried multiple other places that are closer to home, but I always end up disappointed and back making the trek to the wink lab. The product, the lash techs, the comfy chairs, the beautiful atmosphere are just unmatched. Just don’t waste your money anywhere else. You can book online or text them to schedule, which is amazing for us introverts who would never call haha, and they always squeeze you in if you’re a last minute person like me.

I just got my eyebrows threaded here and I’m obsessed. Mia did such an amazing job, super clean and even shape, and barely any pain. She took her time to make sure they were perfect. I’ve never loved my brows this much. Highly recommend!
