I love this place it's my favorite. The products smell so good. I love the soaps and the perfumes. My favorite soap is the kitchen mandarin my favorite of all time. I'm glad that they brought back pumpkin cupcake I love that smell so good!!! Over all I love this place and the customer service it's the best!!! Please bring back the coupons I miss those in the mail.

I’m a realtor down the street from this location. I stop in here for some client gifts sometimes. Great spot. Wide variety of scents and products.

I don't usually go into Bath and Body Works, but they have men's body sprays on sale for around $6 at the moment. (8.7.2021) The fragrances are different from what I have so I decided to try this one out

Terrible customer service. My online order was canceled because product was out of stock. However, I placed my online order while I was standing in the store and there was over 15 on the shelf. I ordered online since it was on sale, which I'll never understand why brick and mortar stores would rather you buy online and have their employees pull your order than offer same sale in store! Employee told me they could not match the price of item that was canceled!! Then I had free product up to $16.95. I checked price on tester and grabbed a body spray. Price of spray was different than price on tester...what?! So I was denied. Went back and found numerous bottles of same spray with different prices. So I took one up with the right price! Such a hassle to shop in this store!
