I wasn't sure what to expect when I went for the first time free session. It was a full length session not just 5 minutes. It was wonderful. And just when you think you don't notice anything, that's when you start to feel totally relaxed. Go in with an open mind and you will be pleasantly surprised. And don't skip the vibration plate. Totally worth it. And Chase was so patient about explaining everything. Yes, I'll be going back.

This is such a wonderful option for those seeking healing in the Ogden area! Chase the manager, is not only extremely nice, he’s knowledgeable and I can tell he’s very passionate about his work. I felt a difference right away- though a small change the tingling and numbness decreased in my feet. I highly recommend the wellness center and red light therapy. It’s non invasive, relaxing, and easy to do. Because it is scientifically proven it’s a no brainier to schedule an appointment! Options are available to make it more affordable and it is well worth the cost!
