Mindful Women Spa

Every woman deserves time to relax and unwind with a great massage, and this was exactly what I needed. I had an amazing massage followed by a deluxe facial with a chemical peel—it was the perfect combination of pampering and self-care. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only reason for four stars is that the music stopped about 10 minutes into my 90-minute massage. It didn’t ruin the experience, though—I’ll definitely be back next month!

I had an entire day planned for my birthday and the experience was amazing from the moment I booked to the very end. The women here are so kind and welcoming. The massage was incredible as was the facial. My facial was probably the best facial I had ever had in my life even as an esthetician myself. My lash lift and tint was beautiful and my mani pedi was so nice. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend JeNae enough! I booked the dry brush treatment followed by the soaking bath and a 90-minute massage, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The soaking bath gave me the perfect transition into total relaxation. By the time my massage began, I felt completely present and ready to receive the bodywork. JeNae is truly gifted. Every single touch had intention behind it! It honestly felt like she knew exactly what my body needed before I did. She paid attention to the smallest details and worked with such care and awareness. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and deeply restored.

Absolutely lovely! Easy online booking, I used the steam bath before AND after. My therapist was insanely talented, my neck and shoulders feel great. And as this was my first visit, I really appreciated the brief tour explaining all the amenities beforehand. Super relaxed environment, love how many treats and extras are included in the service price. Headed back asap.
