I’ve been seeing Morgan for a year now, and she’s the best! She knows exactly what she’s doing, and the results are always amazing. She’s detail-oriented, makes me feel comfortable, and gets everything done quickly. Highly recommend!

I go see Morgan every 4-5 weeks! She is absolutely amazing! Very personable! Also a perfectionist which I love! 10/10 recommend! The office and rooms are very clean and cute!

Amber C was super accommodating and knowledgeable. My 13 year old niece wanted to use birthday money to buy a wax pot and swore she learned how to do it at camp. I said how about we use a professional for the first go at this before you make that kind of commitment to the supplies. The studio was able to get us in on short notice (I was just in town for the birthday) and Amber narrated all the steps so that if birthday girl still wanted to get a kit after she would know what to do and answered all of Mom's questions about different kinds of wax, safety& hygiene, and things like "is it hard to wax yourself". I'd definitely schedule more services for myself next time I'm in town.

Morgan did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable. I’ve had Brazilians done before, but she provided excellent customer service, made me feel good about myself and the whole process was practically painless. I also liked that she is a perfectionist and made sure to tweeze out any areas missed from soft waxing as well. She has great active listening skills, pays attention to detail and cares about clients. 10/10 Will be back. Thank you, Morgan.

I absolutely love The Waxx Room! The whole staff had been nothing but exceptionally friendly and kind to me for the last 3 or 4 years! I have never considered using anyone else for my waxing needs! Andrea is absolutely the best! Super nice and we always have a great conversation! I highly, highly recommend trying The Waxx Room if you need any waxing done! I will continue to return to them! I wish all the staff the absolute best!
