I recently went to the Wax Room in North Andover for a facial, and it was excellent. Extremely relaxing and my skin felt amazing after it was done. Hazel was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. After I told her about my skin sensitivities, she was really great about explaining the products she was using and tailoring them to fit my needs. In addition to my facial, I've seen Hazel for an eyelash tint and curl, a brow lamination and a dermablading treatment. Again, she did an amazing job and I loved the finished product on all. I highly recommend her services if you are planning to have any of these treatments. All were fantastic!

The Wax Room in North Andover is amazing! The studio is clean, calming, and welcoming. Hazel was friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment by explaining each step of the process and working with so much care. I’m really happy with my results and glad I found this place. I’ll definitely be back!

I love the wax room! Been seeing Bryanna for almost 5 years now I love her! All the employees are so skilled and actually care about their clients. It’s always a comfortable and welcoming experience every time I go. Highly recommend coming here!
