Go to place for waxing and purchasing wax! Trying this new gloss they have for the first time. The Wax House is very soothing upon entrance and has great customer service. The owner is very friendly and anyone working the desk anytime I come in is always welcoming. When I don’t do my own wax I see Tionda she always does AMAZING. Definitely recommend ☺️

I have fallen in love with The Wax House, y'all! From the time you walk in the door until you walk out, you will feel special and pampered. Have been coming in for some of the waxing services since October and the quality, professionalism and the overall vibe is consistently very top notch and uber positive! I'm greated with a beautiful, warm smile each and every time I am there. It's super easy to book an appointment by going online or by calling. I've even seen someone walk in and get a treatment without having an appointment! Great customer service for sure!!! The waiting area is peaceful and relaxing. It smells good, too! Yes! This place is IT . Mi’Shonda was clean, relaxing, confident and just her aurora was 10/10 AMAZING. The place was squeaky clean and smelt like paradise. The receptionists were adorable and so fun and kind. I’m literally booking more things right now just cause. The owner must be a fabulous person to have such an amazing environment. I’ve been longing for a place like this for years. Absolutely recommend with a microphone! lol . Very impressed and satisfied.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time getting a brow tint with a eyebrow wax, and I was a little nervous, but Neeshiar made the experience absolutely amazing. She was very personable, welcoming, and kept great conversation throughout the appointment, which instantly put me at ease. My eyebrows look fantastic—I couldn’t be happier with the results! A huge plus to my visit was the customer service. I initially called and didn’t get an answer, but they returned my call quickly and were able to see me immediately. That level of care really stood out. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Neeshiar!
