I started going to The Wax Gal for about 1.5 years. Since I live in the area, I'd see the business on my daily walks, and the name intrigued me. Michelle, the owner, is a true professional. Waxing down under, and I don't mean Australia, is never an easy experience. You're out your privates, or whatever parts, are exposed to a complete stranger. From my first treatment, Michelle made me feel at ease and guided me through the process, such as telling me when to breath right before the piece of cloth is ripped off of my skin. It sounds painful and it is, but the pain is bearable and momentary. Michelle's approach is unlike any other professional I've ever used. She uses two types of wax. The first is the traditional, warm wax to get the hair off. Then she uses a second type, slightly warme

Amazing treatments, and her make up talent is beyond incredible. My wife and I flew her out to NY to do the make up for My wife and her wedding party. While we live in SoCal, I'm from NY and we got married there. Please consider supporting her business during this time with gift certificates. I ASSURE YOU, SHE'LL REOPEN! Michelle was great! It was my first time trying a new place after some horrific experiences and I am very happy! She made me laugh throughout my waxing experience ! She payed attention to detail and even plucked hairs left behind! I would recommend you try her! You won’t be disappointed
