Victor is hands down one of the best barbers out there! Every time I sit in his chair, I know I’m getting a clean, precise cut that fits me perfectly. He takes his time, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure I leave looking sharp. The vibe in his chair is chill, professional, but friendly. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. So Vic used to be my barber out in East LA before I moved out to Texas. Man do I miss him! However, I recently got the chance to visit back home and I saved my haircut specifically for him for old times sake, but also cause no one has ever done as amazing of a job as he has. I found out he had a new shop in Glendora and I was so happy for him and had to go out of my way to make the trip because no one was cutting my hair but him! He remembered my style and gave me the best cut I had in a year since I last left LA. He’s super friendly, continues to learn and improve his craft. Ran into a gentleman named Nino on my way to House of Tacos next door. A kind and respectful young man, he told me his studio was opening soon right next door. I told him I’d swing by when it was time for a haircut. Well, the time came. I called ahead, spoke to Nino, and got a same-day appointment. Everyone at the studio was friendly and helpful — they pointed me to the back where the legend himself got to work. Let me tell you — I’ve been through plenty of mediocre barbers and even high-end ones, but this man knows what he’s doing. Nino is truly gifted, cutting hair with such ease and confidence.
