The Wax Doll

It was difficult to find since it’s in another salon but she was very nice, informative and professional. I was switching from soft to hard wax and she explained the differences to me and had some tips. She also had a discount for first time customers. Will be going back!

WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO and I’m not even exaggerating I always get Waxed and booked an appointment at this place because I wanted to try something new. First of all the place is called something totally different I book my appointment a week in advance I get there and wait 20 minutes and the lady comes out gives me and my friend the nastiest look and horrible attitude and says “do you have an appointment with me” looking horribly annoyed and she was ready to go home. I say yes I have an appointment and she says the wax is way too hot and asks me to come back tomorrow, so unprofessional I drove 30 minutes to get there waste of gas and waste of time!!!! Never going back here again, do not go here. The place also looked so unprofessional and messy.

Good prices. The aesthetician talked me through the process and kept up a friendly conversation. She has a room in the back of a hair salon. She has a loyalty program and uses hard wax which I find to be less painful.

I’ve been going to Jamie since I was 6 months pregnant in 2019 and my daughter is now 2 years old, I have never looked for another wax lady! First of all, she’s funny as hell. She uses the wax time to get you to laugh and chat with her to distract you from the pain (the pain never gets easier!!). But Jamie always has me out 10-15 mins tops and is very fluid with rescheduling since I’m always late. Hands down best waxes I’ve ever had and I will never go to another!
