Great med spa, execptional staff and gorgeous location! Paulina at the front desk is warm and welcoming and makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you walk into the reception. Gorgeous product display and design touches. Had a Viseo photo skin assessment to review skin concerns which was really interesting and informative, never had anything like that before! Went in for a Diamond facial with Aracelli in the aesthetitian room, where I felt like I got the full spa treatment from being offered a warm blanket, water and the treatment left my skin glowing, hydrated and soo clean for days! I felt so pampered and cared for and got great information on the Skin Science line. I'll be back soon!

I’ve been seeing Tanya at La Jolla Cosmetic Med Spa (Otay Ranch location) since October of 2025 and I could not be more happy with my results. I love La Jolla Cosmetic Medical Spa! I was already a client at the La Jolla location. But I was supper happy when they opened a new Spa at Otay Ranch, a few minutes from my home! I had a great appointment with Annie Ryan, RN. She made me feel good and confident, she discussed with me the best options and recommendations for my skin and face. I did have Botox and she was very gentle and careful. She did a great job! She told me to go back two weeks following the procedure and all was good. I love that La Jolla cosmetics opened a location in Eastlake. The staff there is amazing, from the front desk (Paulina) who is just always so delightful when she greets you to the office Manager Rachel who is so accommodating and always makes sure you get the best specials, the rest of the staff treating you are also exceptional. I’ve recently had the pleasure of getting a diamond glow with add on dermaplaning from Araceli and she is the sweetest most down the earth person ever. She really listens to your skin concerns and works with you to create the best plan to achieve those goals. Every time I leave there my skin feels so hydrated, glowy and looks better than it did when I was in my 20’s. They all treat you like a friend rather than just another customer. Had the best experience! Was greeted by an amazing staff that was super friendly and welcoming. They did an amazing intake asking all the important question and after they explained the services answered all my questions. I got Botox and filler and they did a wonderful natural look. They gave me great post instructions and made a two week follow up to make sure I love it. I was there on valentines and got an amazing goody bag and yummy treats on my way out. Highly recommend this amazing location and team!
