Went and in for the first time with 0 knowledge and got assistance from Jacob who was super supportive and broke things down well for all my questions. I was concerned i wasnt going to be able to get a fade for my haircut but luckily he had the skill sets. Overall amazing experience and price was only 40 before tip, but after going my hair has never has so much flow and volume i couldnt be more happy with the results

I would like to highly recommend hairstylist Anthony at The Vault. His skills are perfection! So happy to have finally found a great Stylist!

This is my first time leaving a bad review.Very Disappointing Hair Dye Experience.I went to this salon hoping to get a color similar to the photo I showed the stylist, but the result was completely different. The color I received was far from what I asked for, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. I felt the stylist didn't take enough time to understand the exact shade I wanted. The overall experience was not what I expected, and very disappointed! Will not come again and do not recommend.

I highly recommend Melissa Massey. She provided a beautiful experience, cut, and blowout! She really listened to me and advocated for me about keeping my length, and my overall vision for my cut. I highly appreciate that! The other girl Ariell was very domineering, insisting that they cut my hair shorter without consulting me. Also insisting that I get my hair framed around my face, which I previously told Melissa that I didn't want. I'll definitely be recommending Melissa to everyone I know.

Amazing, amazing new salon. You know those places where you just FEEL good being there... this is one of those places. Total peace sitting in that chair, beautiful decor and ambiance, HAPPY people (so important), and great service! I go to Nanette and she always blesses me and I totally trust her with my hair, but this new salon made the experience that much better. The owner was even walking around and making sure every one was doing okay. I always look at others styles and everyone came out looking fabulous. Very happy with my new highlights (I had to run to an event and didn't get a good picture until later) but I had to leave a review and say I'm excited to come back! I've already sent my friends to this salon!
