Massage Envy

This is my first experience at massage envy. It was amazing.! Lauren was absolutely great and amazing!! Great experience from the time I walked in the front door from the receptionist who is also very, very nice and attentive. I would definitely go back.

I was able to book a last-minute hour massage with Simon when I walked in. He was extremely professional and able to adapt to pressure preference. The technique was very relaxing—I think I almost fell asleep twice. If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely book another massage with him.

I made a same day appointment online and it went great. From the girls in the front to Daniel, my massage therapist, everyone was so nice and welcoming. They of course offered me a membership at the end but I didn’t feel pressured or harassed. In stead I was given some great information and suggestions. I left feeling so much better from my back and seriously considering a membership. I live in West Covina but would make the drive to Chino because of the amazing people at this location.

Alexis is such a sweetheart. She's also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skincare and asks you what your goals are or what you're trying to accomplish. Alexis always has your best interest at heart and comes up with a game plan to get you to the results you're looking for. She's also very personable, which seems to be difficult to find these days. Would highly recommend Alexis!

Sophia is always so kind & pleasant. She is a very knowledgeable Esthetician. She will research & check with her supervisor if there are issues with my skin. She is very good at what she does.
