Love working out of here. The space is immaculate , has lots of private phone booths and great amenities. The other people on the space are great- it boosts your creativity and learning when surrounded by like minded people. The common spaces are clean and there’s lounge area to work and chill if you don’t want to be at your desk. The noise level is low and pricing is great. Can’t recommend this place enough ! My Favorite co-working space to date ! A plus- the owner personally oversees a lot so it’s a well run operation and feedback is taken seriously.

Perfect co-working space for founders. I started my first company in 2013 and was one of the first companies in the old WeWork offices at 25 Broadway. Since then have spent more years that I'm willing to admit starting companies, finding space, moving in, moving out, yada yada... It wasn't until I found WORKHOUSE that I felt truly at home. The vibe is focused and friendly. The space is bright and the amenities are right. Legendary founders walk the halls - so at a minimum stop by and get some free advice :)

Great views and natural light. Top-of-the-line phone booths and a nice focus on keeping the space founder-friendly (not too many sales people). Great lunch options nearby, too, and a shocking number of ice cream shops.

We have been working here for about a month now, and we are loving it so far. The place is clean, well run, and the owner is responsive to any issues that arise. We each have our own desk, that we don't share, and are able to do company on-site's for our team of 10. I would definitely recommend this space if you are a start up looking for a place to grow into!
