I have been using the urban lounge since it opened. This is the first time I have had a complaint or ever sent a bad review in my 75 years. I know my nails were in sad shape from moving the last 3 weeks. However. My manicurist didn’t clean my nails. I apologized for them. Did not do my cuticles which she normally does. Gave me a one coat of gel I was done in27 minutes. It cost me 30$. I asked her if price had gone up. She said no. I gave her a 10$ tip. I will not be going back.

A friend has her hair done here and it looks gorgeous. This was my first visit. I was seated at the stylist's station right in front of a huge window. I commented about sitting in the sun and it was pretty warm, but she made no offer to move elsewhere. I recommend that they put something in the window, film, sheers or something. She dry cut my hair which I have never seen anyone do. Then she didn't even blow off the little cut pieces with a blow dryer. One side of my head didn't seem to be layered correctly and it just looks choppy. I am not happy with the cut. I had mentioned it was my first time there and no one mentioned the other services they provide. That's bad for your business. I won't be going back.

Very nice people it was a very nice business very clean over all my experience was very pleasant. I had eyelashes removed they were done properly I was talked to the whole entire time about what was going on and she was a super nice person I definitely would go back again to have my lashes removed.

the people are so amazing! i’ve been getting my hair done here for a while & have always had the best experiences! everyone is so welcoming! i love my days i get to spend in here!
