Lauren is a kind and very talented nail tech. I have been seeing her for over 2 years and she has always been very professional. She is always on time and open to my ideas for nail designs. If you need a mani or pedi you will get the best with Lauren.

Lauren has been doing my pedicures for two years. She has never done a bad job on my feet. She is very creative and always helps me decide on ideas for my toe nails. She listens and tries her best to make your nails look like you want them to look.

I had nails done by Lauren first time they chipped and broke. Second time which wound up being 7 weeks later. I informed her that I would be late. She didn't stay and I hen told me she could reschedule as long as I paid a deposit up front. I told her no thanks.

Heather Huckabaa is awesome ! She always understands what I want and puts input to help me decide. She is great at what she does and I always leave happy and loving how it looks.

My first visit. It was very open and clean. I waited at the desk a moment and no one greeted me. I then sat down with another customer and waited. I saw several of the staff across the room chatting, but no one offered help. After almost 15 mins, I approached someone. It wasn't a good first impression. In response to your reply: I made no mention of the appt issue since it was my mistake. Not sure how my comment of having to wait for acknowledgement upon arrival required you to look up if I had an appt. One should have nothing to do with the other. Your sign says walk ins welcome, but according to your comment one would have to wait an inordinate amount of time since they wouldn't have an appt. Anyone walking in, appt or not, should be greeted in a timely manner which was the point.
