The Teal Center

The Teal Center has been an amazing place for me over the years - highly recommend. I've done some energy kinesiology, community acupuncture and regular acupuncture. All of the practitioners are kind, empathetic and want to help you. And the front staff team is awesome - always friendly, always greets me when I come in and when I leave and so helpful. Special shoutouts to Shawna and Portia. It is a special place and you will be hooked!

One hour full body massage by Allison was outstanding. From the moment I entered Teal, where the music was peaceful and the temperature perfect, I felt a peaceful vibe. The massage focused upon my neck/shoulders and quads/hamstrings where I had lingering tension. The massage was fantastic making me feel a bit more supple and less tense. A great outcome so early in the new year.

Just had a wonderful acupuncture session with Nevin yesterday! She listened carefully, and connected many dots which led to a helpful session which greatly relieved my foot pain/swelling and even loosened up my knees. (For several weeks I'd been nursing this foot pain which was affecting my gait as walking was difficult). I can walk pain free today. Yay! Thanks so much Nevin!

I had a great massage by Jennifer it was just what I needed and asked for. Very relaxing and I got to take a nice little nap. I am not a fan of the parking situation at the location. I would have loved a heads up. I was late to my massage. So give yourself enough time to park so your not late for your session. :)

I have never had a bad experience at Teal Center. I have received deep tissue and sports massage but this most recent time was a manual lymphatic drainage. Rebecca was available to answer any questions or concerns before and after the treatment. I would recommend her and the Teal Center generally for those seeking massage therapists who are knowledgeable about their craft.
