I absolutely loved my experience at The Take Down Salon. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting from the moment I walked in. My stylist really paid attention to my vibe, she catered to my music taste, offered refreshments, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her chair was honestly therapeutic and so relaxing 😌. And let’s talk about the results… I LOVED it! I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of. Definitely a top-tier experience — I’ll be back!

I had hundreds of combined microlocs that took 4 days to comb out and let me tell you, getting all of it taken down is not for the faint of heart! Originally, I was determined to do them myself but after it took me three hours to comb out ONE loc I said heck no I need someone else to do this lol. I didn't think a service like this existed and just happened to Google hoping to find some place that would agree to help me. Tacara did an AMAZING job and honestly went beyond the kind of service I thought I was going to get when I walked into the salon (which btw, is sooo cutely decorated and the vibes are immaculate ✨). I'm back to loose natural hair with practically no hair loss and I'm so so grateful 🙏🏾.

Went to get my mom's hair dyed and the experience was everything. Tacara took her time making sure every stranded took the color and even educated us on what shampoo and conditioner to use. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of your hair. Highly recommend her services

This was an amazing experience. She does a great job at making you feel welcomed, she’s extremely quick, but the work is done really well. I came to do a takedown (which I typically dread doing at other places) and was extremely satisfied to the point that I let some of my family members know about her as well. I’d definitely come back again!
