The Studio NR

I’ve been doing my hair with Nacar for years. From blonde to brunette she always makes my color look so natural. This picture was from birthday when she styled it as well. Always perfect!

After a lot of hopping around to different salons throughout NYC I found Nacar in early 2022 and haven't looked back! It's the perfect cut every time, whether I'm chopping my hair off or trying to grow things out. She also gives great haircare advice about which products are and aren't worth the hype. And as an added bonus it's always a great vibe in the salon. I couldn't recommend The Studio NR more!

I'm leaving a review for the second time because that's how amazing Nacar is! When you go to her, you'll not just come out your most beautiful and confident self, you'll also feel so happy and light just talking to her. Every time I've gone to her with an inspiration picture, she has adapted it perfectly to my hair type, and recommended the best products. The tricks she gives to style your hair are so helpful. I've been recommending the Studio NR to all my friends and I'll continue doing so! My favourite place in the city to get my hair done!

For years, I had been going to different salons across NYC and disappointed with each lackluster experience. I was introduced to Nacar by a group of women who promised a transformative haircut. Although this sounds a bit dramatic for hair-- they were not wrong. At first Nacar evaluated my hair with precision and provided a custom recommendation of how I could get the best results. Well... 6 months later - here we are and I will not be looking back!

Nacar is the best!! Her studio is beautiful and always has the best atmosphere for either working during a treatment or a fun afternoon. I used to travel out of state to get my hair done until I found her! She does an amazing job with my blonde highlights and focuses on the health of my hair. She gave me a smoothing keratin treatment after listening to my struggle with some frizz. Being blonde I was nervous but it looks so good and feels amazing!
