I’ve seen a lot of reviews mentioning friendly staff, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience as a regular customer. I have been going here for years now but it seems like everyday they care less and less about being polite. On my most recent visit, I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in, and the interaction at the register felt very dismissive. When I calmly brought it up, the response was defensive rather than apologetic, and escalated quickly. I was even asked ‘what’s wrong with you,’ accompanied by scoffing during the interaction…. The owner was present and observed the situation without intervening which I found very disrespectful.
