The BEST salon I have been to. I have been to a lot of salons and no other stylist has been able to get the balayage that I wanted. Both Lily and Beatrice are AMAZING. Their work is incredible. My hair always looks great after and exactly what I wanted. Everyone that works there is also so nice and welcoming. I feel like they actually care about your hair as well. Lily recommended I wait so I didn't damage my hair more and to treat it before continuing with more bleach. I trust her and her professional advice. I've been going here for about 3 years now and I will keep coming back!

I've been going to Oyu for three years now, and I can't recommend her enough. What keeps me coming back isn't just her skill—it's her genuinely kind and humble nature. She truly cares about the health of your hair, not just how it looks walking out the door. I've even started bringing my teenage son to her, which says everything. Anyone who's raised a teenager knows how particular they can be, but he's consistently happy with his cuts.

Lily always takes care of me. She always makes sure i leave happy and feeling prettier. The staff are approachable and make sure you are comfortable with the place. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommend this place .
