My teenager had a very specific idea from an Anime character she wanted. Andrea was phenomenal in dealing with my rapid fire explanation and, trust me, you’ll get more emotion from a turnip than my teen. We were relaxed and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This was my daughter’s first color and cut so definitely a novel experience. She is currently taking a billion selfies to show off to her friends. And she is the harshest critic and will let you know. Thank you again Andrea and Everyone!!!

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my recent appointment. I asked for a medium blonde that would help soften my natural grow-out and make things more manageable as a new mom. Instead, I left with damaged, several different colors of ORANGE, uneven hair. I genuinely don’t understand how someone can let a client walk out with ORANGE hair when that is the complete opposite of what was requested. The color is spotty, poorly blended, and my hair feels significantly more damaged than before I came in. The appointment felt rushed, and it was clear too many clients were being worked on at once. There was no real time for the bleach to process fully so it’s uneven , so the toning process wouldn’t work properly, or even have a thorough conversation because attention was constantly divided.

I came here last month for a cut and color and was very upset with my experience. Andrea was working on multiple people at the same time, so she took a while to get to me, there was no communication as to how long my highlights would have to sit for, and I wondered at one point if I was forgotten about. I feel I was there longer than I should have been because she was juggling multiple clients, and I think she forgot the reference pictures I showed her at the beginning because it was shorter than I wanted and not the ombre effect I wanted. Not only do I feel it was not what I asked for but it didn't look good. It was uneven and sloppy. I had my sister in law fix it a few days later because I was embarrassed to leave the house with that hair. I did appreciate that Andrea gave a full refund

Andrea is Amazing! Every hair cut and now my hair color is the best. Andrea is welcoming and on point with her appointments. I’ve had less than desirable experiences elsewhere and refuse to go anywhere or have anyone else take care of me. Also want to say Robin is amazing as well, both of them truly enjoy what they do and have passion for it. This salon is so cute , stylish & has the best vibes! Andrea is the best, great at hair, she got my hair exactly how I wanted it. Plus, she’s fun & easy to talk to. I highly recommend this spot. 😊
