The Strand Salon

I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel like when going to a salon, being listened to is the bare minimum. Lacey not only went darker than I asked for (when I specifically told her I didn’t like my root color and wanted a richer brown) and toned my hair the same color as my root, but I realised today the cut is extremely uneven with one side noticeable longer than the other. When I expressed my dislike for the color and asked if we could brighten it up she said no, as I was booked for only a toner. Which is odd because I never said I just wanted to be toned, in fact I went in thinking I would get overall color but she said toner would be best. I trusted her thinking the pictures I brought as reference and my statement of exactly what I wanted would still be met and it wasn’t. Safe to say

This is a top-notch salon with amazing service! My hair specialist is Pam, and she does stupendous work. I love my hair and the results are long-lasting. I love Pam's professionalism! She is friendly, nice and knowledgeable.
