Natalie did my highlights and it turned out exactly how I wanted! She was very precise and patient with both bleaching and using toner to achieve the style and color I wanted. She's been my go to for all haircuts/color/highlights/touch up and I won't go to anyone else as she is always asking questions on the length and color I want in order to make sure it's how I wanted. Definitely a regular customer of hers!

I got my haircut done by Natalie. She’s amazing. She took the time to understand what I wanted and patiently cut and styled my hair. In over 6 years I have finally found a stylist who listens and understands what you exactly need. Additionally I would also like to mention Ashlyn. She did my brow lamination and tint, lash lamination and tint. She is really great and did an amazing job. The State Co is the place to go if you want to find amazing services and great staff who listens and delivers.

The worst haircut experience of my life. I showed Naralie a clear photo of the exact style I wanted. After more than three long hours, my hair looked absolutely nothing like it. The cut was uneven, messy, and completely ruined my look. She didn’t even seem to know how to hold the brush properly, honestly, my 3-year-old could have done a better job. If you don’t know how to do a certain haircut, just be honest and say so instead of wasting people’s time and money. I left feeling furious, disappointed, and heartbroken.

Wow! FIVE STAR Review for STEPHANIE HARRIS, Expert Hair Extension Stylist. First, I booked a consultation with Stephanie.  At that meeting, we discussed my hair goals (I was 8 months in on growing out a pixie cut) and the overall process of installing and wearing hair extensions. She was super patient and thoughtful to explain the entire process and showing me sample wefts. We put together a game plan and I ordered my wefts. I pre-booked my installation appointment and returned.  Her process was seamless!  Stephanie took her time to do everything with precision. She ordered and (natural) color matched the wefts to my hair so perfectly,  NO ONE can tell the difference!  We did not have to do any added coloring.  She cut my hair exactly what I was looking for----feathery textured layers.
