We’ve had two good experiences at this barber shop in the past, which is why I decided to call again to book an appointment with one of the barbers who previously did my boyfriend’s haircut. I was told that those barbers no longer work there, so we booked with someone else. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. When we got home and looked closer at my boyfriend’s haircut, it was uneven, patchy, and honestly looked like a helmet on his head. It was such a poor job that we had no choice but to take him somewhere else to get it fixed—especially since this shop is an hour away from us. I called the shop to let them know what happened. Moved to North Miami Beach a few months ago, this is my 4th cut in 4 different barber shops across the city. The others were decent, this place is awesome.
