Good day! Michelle was my stylist. I had a zooming message of hard contrast from a bleach grow out and expressed to Michelle i wanted a more natural blended look. When I say she killed it... she killed it! She claimed my hair as if it was her own. Didn't take the length and attention to detail was given. Thank you so much Michelle! Will be returning.

Melissa is absolutely amazing! She did my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to understand what you want. My brows look perfectly shaped, natural, and enhanced my face so much. On top of that, she made me feel super comfortable the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Today was the first time I attended XO salon. Starting from the front desk everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly. I needed a blow dry, had appointment with Michael today. He did a great job, was very pleasant and attentive to all my requests. I definitely recommend this salon, and would certainly come back.

Melissa is an amazing eyebrow technician and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for clean, precise, and beautiful results. She always waxes and shapes my eyebrows so nicely and neatly — they come out perfectly shaped every time. She is very professional and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing, which makes me feel comfortable and confident in her work. She’s also very gentle and careful with her hands and has never accidentally cut me while shaping, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she is kind, patient, and makes every appointment a pleasant experience. I always leave happy and looking forward to coming back to her again. ❤️❤️❤️

Michael is amazing. I had my hair highlighted and glossed it is the best looking color I have ever had. He gave me a new haircut that's fresh and high fashion. I'm very happy, Michael is a trues artist and professional!! Melissa did my eyebrows- she shaped and tinted- they look amazing. I'm leaving the Salon feeling fresh and new- so happy!
