The Spa & Salon at East Wind

I had an excellent experience here. I had Taj for a makeup trial and Karen for my hair trial for my wedding. Taj did a great job on my makeup. She did what I wanted and the makeup felt nice and light and everything looked beautiful. Karen did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and was able to put in extensions and made everything look seamless. It came out absolutely gorgeous. Everyone there was friendly, personable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

I recently went to the Spa at East Wind for the first time. Everything about the experience was lovely - from the friendly helpfulness of the check-in staff, to the soothing atmosphere of the changing area and waiting room. I had booked a body treatment and was assigned to Jackie. The room was beautiful and soothing. Jackie was so friendly and calming, that I felt completely relaxed in her hands. I had a body scrub followed by a moisturizing wrap. I felt like a million bucks when I left. I can't wait to go back!

Overall the experience was okay. Positives: clean, nice ambiance, tea available, sauna, steam room, pool. Negatives: The relaxation room was chilly, all 4 massage treatments were just okay, nothing to write home about. One person in our party was booked for a deep tissue - which wasn’t provided. They switched up massages accidentally. The person wanting deep tissue has a very light and disappointing massage - the staff hardly cared about this issue. We had to ask for the price to be adjusted and she assured us it would be, but it was not. The entire massage should have been comped since she didn’t get what she was booked for. It would be nice if there was a hot tub and cold plunge available as well.

I have been going to the East Wind Inn and Spa for over 10 years now, and have always had wonderful service and treatments. The past few times I have gone, I had Jackie give me my facials, she is AMAZING! Last week I had the Hydrafacial and my skin is still glowing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service and I will continue to be a returning client of hers.

I had such a wonderful expedience at this spa! I booked my appointment with Doreen for a cut and color. She did a fabulous color and cut. She was extremely professional and knew exactly what color I wanted and how I wanted it styled. It’s exactly what I wanted. I am so happy! Then I went to Randi for a mani and pedi. I did the essential mani and pedi and it was so relaxing and Randi was so meticulously with shaping my nails and polishing them with shellac. I can’t wait to go to back for a massage. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. I met the spa director Anne Marie when I was checking out and told her how happy I was with all the services. And she was telling me about the wellness program that they just stated. I going to sign up for that too!
