The Spa at Willow Pond

I don’t typically go to a spa and treat myself, however I was gifted a massage and facial. I had an amazing experience! I absolutely loved the facial and will definitely be back again!

This establishment is the epitome of relaxation! When you enter you are greeted at the reception desk adjacent to a BEAUTIFUL water fountain. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and were guided to the couples suite, of which the ambiance cannot be matched. There are two side by side massage tables as well as a heart shaped jacuzzi tub! We were given champagne, water, chocolate, and cakes, instructed to indulge, and fully close the door when we were ready to undress to our comfort level and get on the massage tables. The massages were DIVINE. They hit every spot and worked out every sore muscle. The lotions were so smooth and buttery and luxurious. I enjoyed the Greek goddess package today. It started off with a half an hour facial, which was wonderful. Then I had an hour massage with Amelia. She targeted all my tight muscles.Thank you. Then I had the foot detox and finished off in the capsule. It was all absolutely wonderful! That capsule was absolutely amazing. It vibrates, had red light therapy and oxygen. If you’re not sure what to get at the spa, give the capsule a try I highly recommend it. I had a very nice conversation with Gail during the facial and foot detox. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained to me. I recommend going to the spa at Willow Pond for any of their variety of treatments. These reviews look great, but they're mainly about the actual massage services. My experiences was with other services and with the main owner Gayle. She was consistently rude and defensive, and when she had a hard time rebooking me she got angry at me because she couldn't fit me into her schedule. After 2 ineffective laser acupuncture treatments worth $240, I tried addressing my concerns by asking for a house credit for 1 of them, so I didn't have to take a total loss. She refused and did not want to discuss it and was rude. She said that these treatments "worked on everyone but me", but offered no science, explanation or testimonials to back this up. Booked a couples massage for me and my wife’s anniversary and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere, the staff, and the service was amazing. Priced well, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience left me 100% relaxed. Definitely recommend this establishment. We will be returning.
