All-Stars Hair

I called on New Year’s Day hoping the shop was open and scheduled my 84 year old dad with Alex 4 Life. Alex was the only one working on the holiday. He scheduled my dad right away and let me know he was waiting for me. I asked if he did color and he said if you buy it I will do the color. Alex was professional, friendly, patient, gentle, and made my dad and I feel comfortable. He cut my dad’s hair exactly how he wanted it. I found out that the barber shop has a third owner. Which was good to know since I had not returned since my one visit with the first owner was not a good experience. However, this third owner has the place looking amazing and professional looking. Alexforlife from Allstars in Sinking Spring, PA not only understood the assignment but also created a comfortable and reassuring environment for my child throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, care, customer service and patience with my other younger child who tagged along to see her sister’s transformation were TOP TIER! Jane being the introvert that she is walked in feeling anxious and a bit nervous and she walked out of there feeling extremely confident and with a HUGE smile on her face. -alexforlife has been cutting my son's hair over a year now. His energy and love of his craft is obvious. I continue to go to him not only because he has always given my son great haircuts but he takes his time not to rush through. Even with it being a kids cut he pays attention to deal and takes his time. Most recent while getting a cut my son felt lightheaded and even ended up getting sick. Rather make a big deal of it or joking which might have embarrassed my son. He was calm, kind and quietly comforted my son. Even when the moment passed and I told him no need to finish we will get going. He let me know he wanted to finish and not to worrie. Always a professional and respectful.
