The Spa At The Hotel Hershey

Amazing place. A little confusing to navigate the layout. Smells like chocolate (this can be good or bad depending on your diet restrictions and self control). The rooms were quite nice and cozy. Had a training there and the room for that was nice too. Lastly, the food was probably the highlight. Extremely delicious- compliments to the chef.

It was a dreamy visit. We traveled there for a girls spa day and we could not have been more in awe of the building, the decor, the nostalgic photos along the wall leading to the spa and truly just everything. It felt like we were transported to another time and place when we walked through. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can without a doubt tell you we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The spa is lovely and our services were amazing. I would love to go back with my husband or my daughters for another day and stay and experience all it has to offer.

AMAZING!!! I have been here twice now. The first time with a group and the second as a treat for myself. The Spa staff is always delightful, polite, and considerate. I was placed in a newly renovated locker room that was sleek, clean, and had anything I could need (feminine products, brushes, hair dryer, and more). The hydrotherapy soak and facial I received was top notch. I have never felt so relaxed as I have after a day at this spa. The waiting rooms between treatments (quiet rooms, aroma therapy rooms, and more) had endless hot cocoa (only the best from Hershey), coffee, tea, flavored water, Hershey kisses, muffins, and fruit. The seating was comfortable and plentiful. The rooms provided the perfect environment to gather with group members between treatments or read a nice book/medit

The property itself is beautiful, but the service is awful and does not match the setting or the price point. I paid $750 membership fee plus the cost of all my services and I got the manager of the buffet said I insulted him and were not able to talk to his supervisor (if I can afford the membership, I probably not the type of person insults a buffet manager🤷‍♀️). No customer service or experience this place. While some staff members were fine, many seemed inexperienced, and a few were frankly unprofessional. Overall, the services are significantly overpriced and not worth the cost. The nail service, in particular, was extremely disappointing. My wife and I went on a couples retreat got massages and pedicures and also used the spa and all the amenities. Elegant luxurious the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If I could give it 10 Stars I would
