After 15 years of seeing the same massage therapist, I was nervous to see a new therapist tonight. BUT... I saw Aimee and she was AMAZING! She far exceeded my expectations. She suggested using hot stones and cupping, 2 treatments I've never had before, and I'm so glad she did. The hot stones were heavenly and she used both treatments to get deep into the muscles in a way they badly needed. After a busy few days of long distance traveling my body was in need of a massage. I called Releaf and, fortunately for me, they had an opening that afternoon with Kristy Brock, LMT. Kristy is fantastic! I haven’t had a massage in over a decade or two. Kristy walked me through the process and asked me what I wanted most out of our session. The full body massage she gave me over the course of the hour session released all the tension from travel; relaxing and energizing me at the same time. I felt like a new person! The studio is conveniently located and has a calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Kristy and Andrea are a delight and make you feel comfortable right away. Before I left, I booked my next session as part of my self-care routine.
