The Spa at Rosen Centre

I was able to book a same-day appointment, which I appreciated Unfortunately, despite the convenience, the overall experience did not meet my expectations—especially for a birthday celebration. One of the main reasons I chose Rosen Centre Spa was based on what I believed was being offered. I was under the impression that the jacuzzi was part of the spa area, but it turned out to be a general hotel hot tub accessible to all guests, not an exclusive spa amenity. That was disappointing and not what I expected when selecting this spa.The massage itself was phenomenal—hands down the best part of the experience and the only reason I gave anotger star. However, the facial was extremely underwhelming and not worth the price. I paid approximately $150 for a facial that did not include extractions,

My boyfriend and I had a Groupon credit we had to use, I called The Spa and spoke with Janeth she was able to get us in on the same day as we were trying to plan a day before he got deployed, Janeth was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us our massage therapist were amazing Paula and Millie, Millie was amazing she had the kindest touch and made all of my stress melt away, after our massage we were greeted with strawberries and champagne that just make our experience over the top, we were able to enjoy the amenities and relax by the pool with drinks, this was truly the perfect day that exceeded our expectations! Thank you to the team to making sure our day was amazing! We will definitely come back again!

I came to the spa back in 2023 right before my wedding and I have been dreaming of coming back so I was glad to be able to finally make it back. They have a relaxation room. Weather vibes are fantastic with water and snacks. They have the most luxurious robes I have ever experienced at a spa. You also get access to the pool at the hotel when you go to the spa so be sure to bring your bathing suit. We actually booked through Groupon so it was a great price for the experience

It was amazing... Great atmosphere! Great services! The waiting lounge was great, very relaxing... The massage was amazing, she really took her time, she didn't rush it. She listen to my requested & she did an amazing job!

The Spa at Rosen Centre is a good option for anyone looking for a nice spa experience! The staff were all welcoming and attentive, making sure our experience was pleasant from start to finish. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall luxurious feel. I'll definitely be back.
