The Spa at RiverStone

Excellent service and massage with Paul today! I always look forward to being able to come here. Very relaxing atmosphere and love all of the upgrades and additions they've made in the last year. I remembered to take some photos which include the product/shopping area, Salt Room, a massage room, Relaxation room and the Float Room. I hope these help! I have not tried the Float or Salt but hope to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I came to the Spa at Riverstone for my birthday and truly did not expect it to be as beautiful and amazing as it was. I’m from Nashville, and this spa honestly beats anything I’ve experienced back home. The ambience is stunning— calm, luxurious, and so thoughtfully designed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience. My massage therapist, Michelle, was amazing. Professional, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. One of the best massages I’ve ever had—she listened, adjusted pressure perfectly, and made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxing. And I have to mention… I bought one of their robes because it was the comfie

So glad that our other massages at another local resort got cancelled! We were about to pay as much for just a couples massage for what we did for 3 spa services for 2 people! We were both very impressed with how nice and carefully thought out this spa was! We enjoyed a couples massage (my first, ever), float therapy and ended our day relaxing in the salt room. The whole establishment is very calm and quiet with “relaxation rooms” with calming music and atmosphere. No pictures because we had no phones for several hours and it was GREAT. They thought of everything you would need after services in their bathroom/locker room with showers to q-tips to freshen up when you’re done. We had tried before our trip to book, but they were booked up solid, so I e-mailed to ask if they had anything open

The spa experience was great! I was greeted by a very nice young lady and directed to the changing room where a comfy robe was waiting for me. There were beverages and snacks available while I waited. My masseuse, Paul, was wonderful and did exactly what I asked for. The room was nice and quiet and was not overly perfumed like some places. When I was finished I was escorted to the calming room that overlooks the river. The price was very competitive. I booked another appointment for next month!

We are here in Gatlinburg for our honeymoon. We came over to Pigeon Forge for the RiverStone Spa! I thoroughly enjoyed their head spa!! It was so relaxing!!! I recommend Mariah for that!!! She made me feel at home with her sweet spirit. She as very attentive and had me so relaxed. We also had a couples massage and my husband did the floating spa! We loved the massage! Michelle did my massage! She also was very attentive and had me very relaxed. She was awesome!!! My husband said the floating spa was so nice and relaxing. We both fell asleep during our services! 10/10 for all services!!! The only thing I recommend is more relaxing music while you wait in waiting room and in the locker rooms. But the upbeat music didn’t bother me at all. The robes are so comfy as well! Thank you for a wonder
