Salty Barber Company, The Loft

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Last day of vacation and decided to stop here on black friday. Walk in, and No wait, and 3 friendly faces to greet me. Charles cut my hair and did an excellent job. Offered to wash my hair before cutting to make sure that the messiness from my beanie didn't interfere with the quality of the cut. From there i got a mid fade with a 5 guard on top and he did a wonderful job of blending it. Beyond the haircut, they all conversed with me about my aspirations of being a meteorologist. I think i missed the name of the other gentleman who was in there, but he gave wonderful advice on public speaking and tips to help me. Overall this was the best barbershop i have ever been to. Next time im in the pigeon forge area i will 100% stop by, regardless if

First thing I noticed was everyone's lack of attitude to want to take the next customer.. ya ya you rotate customers (lots of places do), still the demeanor says different. then the haircut began and instantly I could tell it was very mediocre service. Told her what I wanted, dealt with that multiple times. Still when i get home, someone says wow, that's terrible and they show me this.. the back/top of the head should absolutely be on the barber as we cannot see that area. Edit: not much you can do to fix 5 or 6 long patches, that's not really something I should have to worry about, let alone ask for it to be fixed, my entire hair cut involved removing those long hairs, and in a rush to work I didn't check it properly. I had to trim them and go to work. An approved refund is the only thing

I came in today for a haircut and beard trim/shape up. Both were a little wild. Addy was my barber and she did a fantastic job on both my hair and my beard. I left there feeling really good about the way I look. I left with a nice confidence boost. I highly recommend this barber shop!!

Walked in zero wait and they were GREAT! Perfect cut. Perfect chatty conversation. And a great price as well?! All Barber shops should be like this. Next when I’m back here I will for sure come get a cut. FYI hair cut and shave! I really can’t say how much I enjoyed this shop! GPS may send you to back of building. If it does just ring the doorbell they will let you in.
