The Spa at Napa River Inn

Dusty need an air purifier for those who have allergies. Also need hyper allergenic oils on hand. Susan was wonderful. Learned a lot.

My daughter and I had a massage yesterday and my experience was great unfortunately her experience was less than satisfactory 😞. She expressed her desired type of experience to the therapist several times, but Katie chose not to listen. This is very unfortunate given the price and the time taken from our trip. The idea was to feel better after the experience not frustrated and disappointed.

Booked a massage at the Spa and left a dinner early to go back to the hotel. There was nobody there, and it turns out they accidentally booked me in at another Spa, somehow. Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend going here.

Awesome staff, very accommodating! Did not rush us even after our appt. My massage therapist was Jennifer and she was amazing! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Aggressive massage like daggers for fingers. It may have not been the one I wanted, but the one I needed. Not pleasurable, but at least the knots are out. Odd tip tactic, they automatically add 20%.I spent 210 for 75 minutes. Too expensive for something I didn't enjoy. I won't be back.
