The Spa at McLeod

It is too hard to get a massage appointment. I have been a loyal McLeod spa customer for years and I have a gift card. But the next open time is four months away. Why sell gift cards if you can't book people?

Highly recommend Katie and Whitney for massages. The best!! Also, I had my first facial ever by Marla. So sweet and the facial was wonderful.

I enjoyed a pure results facial yesterday at the extremely adept hands of Marla, who has been at the Spa since it began. It is easy to understand her longevity as she was so skilled, knowledgeable and caring. She explained the products she would be using in advance being careful to ask me about sensitivities. The essential oils were subtle and calming. Marla’s sweet spirit was evident immediately and that made the experience even more gratifying. She is not only well trained as an esthetician but also gifted. And Cindy made scheduling a breeze! Her personality shown even over the phone!

I went to my McLeod spa for the first time. I got there 4 minutes late. The receptionist which is the short older lady with glasses was rude and states “this will cut into your time.” I was like I am okay with. I got my massage and it was great. No one told me where to go for my second service. I waited in the locker room for about 30 minutes and then my daughter was done. At this time I am frustrated and ready to go. So I didn’t my last service. This was the worse experience I have had. I will never return simply because of the rude receptionist. Everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant.
