Had an absolutely wonderful experience here because of my masseuse, Rosella. She had incredibly calming energy and gave a great massage. I accidentally left my necklace at the spa, and she ensured that it got back to me. Thank you!

Upon my arrival at your hotel for a couples massage and spa day, I entrusted my car keys to your valet service, expecting a seamless experience. However, when I was ready to depart, the valet refused to return my car to me at the hotel entrance. I was informed that I needed to walk one block away to a third-party parking garage to retrieve it myself. I was never informed of this policy or arrangement whenl handed over my keys. Had I been aware that your valet service would not return my vehicle directly to the hotel, I would have made alternative parking arrangements. The lack of clear communication and the inconvenience of having to walk to retrieve my car significantly detracted from what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day. Staff took no responsibility and we very rude to me upon ra

Had a 90-min massage yesterday. Service was performed by an Asian female therapist who repeatedly said she was “confused” with my pressure instructions and that she was “not sure” if she could do a deep massage today. Moreover, the therapist lacked training in both proper service manner and massage technique. Massage was at times extremely sharp and uncomfortable, resulting in discomfort and pain even a day after. Front desk did not bother to ask how the service was. Will not return.

Articles (multiple) that rank this place as one of the best spas are factually incorrect about the amenities -- you will not get access to anything other than a tiny steam that barely accommodate 2 people and a lounge that's cramped and noisy should there be any concurrent service guests. Go to bathhouse, shibui or any other player. Scandalized.

We went for a couples massage and the massage was great but that's where everything ended. The website is very deceiving - they show pictures of the pool, sauna, etc but when you get there, it turns out that the pool and sauna are not available to you, they're only available to residents and the hotel guests. At one point, the manager came to speak to me and he was one of the worst managers I've ever seen. All kidding aside, they really need to replace him, I wouldn't put him in charge of a McDonald's. He told me it's noted in the confirmation. Who reads a confirmation except for when you're double checking your time?? I explained to him that it was very deceiving; his response was that it was marketing and not the spa who did it. I reiterated that it was very deceiving to put pool pic
