From the moment I walked up to the front desk and until I walked out, I was met with exquisite service and a clear dedication to excellence. It smelled incredible in the lobby and it was decorated beautifully. Then I was given a Warm towel smelling of eucalyptus and beautiful butterfly pea flowers tea. Each attendant was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and going above and beyond to ensure I was treated well. The lockers provided the softest robe, slippers, hair tie and shower cap, shaver, face cream and perfectly folded towels at every corner. It was impeccably Clean and comfortable. The heat treatment area was lovely. Providing cool cucumber eye masks and cool eucalyptus towels. I had a beautiful jasmine green tea and mixed nuts while relaxing with a gorgeous view of the city sky line.
I recently enjoyed a staycation at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable visit with many standout moments. The spa was absolutely top-tier. I had a 50-minute collagen boost facial, and it was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I’ve had. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience feel luxurious from start to finish. Dining was also exceptional. Breakfast at Maxim’s was delightful, and dinner at Azumi was truly a high-end experience. Depending on selections, it can easily reach around $500 per person, but the quality, ambiance, and service made it a very enjoyable evening. That said, my room experience did not fully match the level I’ve come to expect from Four Seasons
Krystal did a phenomenal job with my custom facial. It was the best facial I’ve ever experienced. No words can describe how friendly, experienced and accomplished she was. The spa itself was comfortable and the staff welcoming. The spa manager was flexible in meeting my request. I immensely appreciate the understanding and care with how I was treated. The amenities made the treatment all the more worth it. I spent about an hour and a half relaxing between the sauna, steam room, relaxation room, heated beds and jacuzzi. I really have no complaints at all. Great service and welcoming, experienced and accommodating staff. I look forward to returning.
I recently visited the spa at the Four Seasons Baltimore with a $350 gift certificate and booked an 80-minute Signature Facial. I mentioned at booking that I was pregnant and needed some accommodations, such as having my feet elevated, which the staff kindly provided. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and the spa itself was clean and well-maintained. That said, the experience was absolutely not worth the $600 it cost after tip. The facial was very average — not relaxing, not rejuvenating — and the atmosphere didn’t help. The music sounded more like something you’d hear at a Disney theme park than in a luxury spa. The products used on my skin didn’t smell pleasant, which made it even harder to unwind. The esthetician offered add-ons, and since I hadn’t had my brows done in a while, I
A wonderful, luxurious, relaxing, and very special experience! A friend of mine booked a whole morning of fun for us at the Four Seasons as a "going away" gift before I moved– and I cannot think of any other space in the inner harbor that could compare to this experience. This location for the Four Seasons focuses on aromatherapy, particularly specializing in rejuvenating scents to relax and/or reinvigorate you from the inside-out. I am not used to such lavish spaces like this, so I was quickly impressed by how vast the spa's location is inside the hotel. There are many rooms that offer different experiences, each with every detail curated to be relaxing. We enjoyed the "Bespoke experience: Sea Holistic," as well as facials, the sauna, and additional aromatherapy (and complimentary champa
