Daisy is great! Very competent as personal trainer, but fun as she loves helping and encouraging people to meet their fitness objectives! I highly recommend Daisy to people of all ages as she’s highly relatable! Daisy also provided Massage Therapy when I was working to heal rotator cuff injury, due to muscle imbalance. Her technique helped me activate and “knead-out” the muscle, connective tissue and fascia to encourage and speed healing process! Daisy is very dedicated to her massage practice!

Daisy is the best of the best when it comes to massages! She is knowledgeable about the human body and muscles groups. She makes appropriate suggestions to help relieve the pain and tension you are feeling and what areas of the body require her focus to relieve those areas. I have received many deep tissue massages at many places and I always seem to leave feeling like the pressure was not enough and the massage did not feel like a true deep tissue massage. Daisy is the first massage therapist that I have met who knows the meaning of a deep tissue massage.
