The Skin Society - Acne Esthetician, Facial Cryotherapy, & Spray Tanning in Austin, TX

I was super excited to try this place based on the good reviews & what I saw on Instagram but I’m super disappointed about my experience. Ive never written a Google review ever but I had to share for how bad this experience was. I paid for the consultation+facial & during the consultation Kerry told me she was going to create a whole entire treatment plan for me. Including looking at my skin care routine, lifestyle, & even diet, etc. She said that she would call me in 2 weeks to check on my progress & we’d have check ins to see how my treatment plan is going. During the consultation she told me that I’ll be doing the glacial facial which to my understanding a facial was included in my $250 deposit because I’m not sure how a 15 minute consultation could cost that much. But unfortunately $25

Kerry is absolutely the best!! She is so knowledgeable, professional and so dedicated to make you feel well taken care of and her goal is to improve your skin so you can feel super confident!!! Love her staff too! Beautiful and clean spa, super friendly environment and the products are amazing, clean, cruelty-free and very reasonably priced!!!!!

I’ve been raving about Kerry on social media, but she deserves a shout-out here too! I recommend her to all my friends. I’ve been seeing her since the start of the year, and the transformation in my skin has been incredible. My complexion is so much more even and glowing. I get compliments all the time now, something that never used to happen! My absolute favorite treatments so far are the Glacial and the Oxygenation facials.

The BEST spray tan I’ve ever had! Kerry did such an amazing job. The color was so natural. She also takes the time to blend your feet and hands so they don’t look crazy which is such a game changer! And she even comes to your house to do it which is so convenient. Kerry is the best!!
