I’ve purchased various lines of skincare from Larissa and will continue to do so! She has always provided a fantastic customer service experience. Before I placed my most recent order, she recommended products that she knew would benefit my skin and tailored her offerings to meet my requests. She also explained the products to me in detail. After receiving my order, she independently followed up to ensure I loved my products. When she realized I was missing something, she took care of it without me even needing to ask. Everything was her initiative to provide the experience we all want. She’s the best and is knowledgeable about her work.

Larissa is the most amazing individual! She is a true professional and so knowledgeable about her field but it’s her caring nature and the comfort that she provides that makes her worth it. I did a lot of research on fibroblast and came across other business that offered the same procedure but I ultimately chose her. I trusted her with my treatment and I am so glad that I did. She helped me gain my confidence back and in the hours I spent with her, I felt like she was a friend that I had known my whole life.
