I just finished an appointment with Lindsey and had such an amazing experience, I felt like I could cry from the excitement of the final results. I also have had work done by Laurel and it was a very similar experience! I do very vivid, bright, and unnatural colors and they have both hit the nail on the head. All the stylist I have met that were with other clients were also so kind and inviting both times i've been, and I so far have also felt very welcome by other clients. I've been several places for hair but this is absolutely the best for good pricing and a good experience. It's a very inviting space and I want to say thank you to both Lindsey and Laurel!

I have had the absolute worst experience at this salon. I just moved to Lakeland and was looking for a new Salon and based off of reviews I booked here. The week before my appointment my stylist texted me and asked about my hair and what I was looking for. I sent her my inspo pic. During the appointment she said we’d need to bleach my hair to get the color I wanted and that it was going to cost extra, which I told her was fine. She went to the back and when she returned she claimed she wouldn’t need to bleach my hair and that she had found the perfect color. I wanted a copper red and left with dark brown. I’ve reached out to the salon and they only wanted to offer a color correction- which I refused as this was my first impression of this salon and I do not trust them to fix it. They’ve be

Kara: Really Good Listening, Styling, & Cutting Skills... Salty Suite: Much Appreciated off-street parking and comfortable atmosphere. The first time I went to Kara to create a specific style, I was really impressed with how well she listened to my lay person's description of the look I wanted. Her first attempt was good, and close, but not perfect. When I returned for a second try, she got it just right. "Proof in the Pudding"...When I washed & did my hair on my own, every hair fell just where Kara planned for it to land. A+ Kara, Thanks!

UPDATE: Their response was a LIE. They offered to fix my hair free of charge and have been ghosting me for THREE WEEKS. Now they won’t even take my phone calls. This is so unprofessional and wrong. Imagine sending your daughter to do her hair and they OVERCHARGE her and FRY HER HAIR OFF! All I wanted was my hair to be fixed. This is so wrong. I was hesitant to leave a review, however I feel it is necessary and important for other people who are considering getting their hair done. The place was cute and the environment was nice, but my hair hasn’t felt this awful before. I’ve been dying my hair my whole life, and I went in with hair that had been dyed 6 months prior, but I left with dry and damaged hair. I asked for calico and I feel like I got 90% bleached chunks.
