I usually dread getting my hair done. I hate the small talk and the struggle of explaining what I want. However, after 3 years without a cut, I found Kim. Despite my 'word salad' explanation, she immediately understood my vision and created a clear plan. She was warm and conversational, making the two hours fly by. The Studio by Kim is easy to find via Google Maps with ample free parking. The building is clean and smells like fresh coffee. Kim’s specific studio is cozy and personal, featuring a lovely handmade wood photo display. Communication via text was fast, friendly, and the appointment was set within just a few days.
