I have been working with Chase for a while now with my massages. Every session feels personalized and intentional. He knows exactly where the tension hides and somehow melts it away. Not only is the massage incredible, but his calming presence makes the whole experience next level. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

I would 110% recommend Chase for a deep tissue massage and cupping. I’ve used him multiple times and he reads my bodies needs so well. Professional, kind, and a fantastic masseuse. I will continue to book with him again and again. Overall the retreat is great! I’ve gotten facials, pedicures, manicures…. And I don’t plan on stopping there! Front desk is constantly friendly as well.

I just had a haircut this past Friday with Ray as my stylist, let me tell you he had his work cut out for him. He corrected a haircut that was, let me be kind here not very flattering for me. What a skilled artist, so very pleasant and believe it or not he understood what I am looking for down the road. Just moved to New Braunfels So glad I did. I go in monthly to The Retreat. Everyone is so great. I always get a massage by Chase(excellent) and typically purchase a little something from their boutique.

BOTCHED TOENAILS!! It is unfortunate that the service has completely changed since my last visit 3 years ago. I was a frequent customer along with my daughters, and I would always look forward to coming to this place for some relaxation as a busy Mother, but I will not ever come here again! I would rather save my money and go to a regular nail salon that actually does a better job for a lot less. I am very disappointed, especially celebrating one of my milestone birthdays! To have my toenails cut too short and one uneven and then to not fix it after I told the girl it seems to be CROOKED, she said it was me that saw my nail crooked!!!⁉️😣😏. I was not the only one who noticed my nail was crooked. I feel like I just completely wasted my time for two rushed pedicures. Paid for a service
