Sat down with a friend and they pressured us to bump it up to the 30 minute session after us asking several times why.. we just said okay…. They proceeded to slap my friends feet more than rub and pull our toes. Then at the end told me that I needed to TIP more and said to tip 20% … they should be grateful I tipped at all. I’ve had a better foot massage getting my toes done and or by my fiancée.

The staff at this place was incredibly welcoming and attentive. However, the checkout process was a bit of a hassle. When I reached the counter, I was charged the total amount and then asked to leave a 20% tip. The lady insisted on this multiple times, claiming that the staff worked hard and deserved a tip. I had already planned to leave a 15% tip, but I refused to agree to the 20%. I explained that tips are not mandatory and are not considered a service charge. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this place and won’t recommend it to anyone. I suggest checking out older reviews, as they address the same tipping issue.

That will go down in history as the best $15 I’ve ever spent. Person was extremely kind. That 10 min massage was absolutely incredible and I just got done spending $150 at a different location and it definitely felt better than that. So that was well worth every penny!

Amazing service! Great prices! I like how there is no appointment needed. I rarely ever have to wait and at most the wait is 10 minutes.

The foot massages are generally very good. I gave a tip and was told it wasn’t enough. When they demand more tip that is a turn off. They are also constantly trying to sell more services.
