Ms. Gia at The Refinery is seriously talented and passionate about caring for curly hair. Gia gave me a beautiful cut and excellent pointers for taking care of my hair. Gia also gave me fabulous hair color and grey coverage. She listened to my hair concerns and goals, and really helped me get my hair healthy. I’m so happy with my curls! All good vibes with Ms. Gia. After a bad haircut, I needed to grow my hair out some more before committing to a curly cut. The initial cut (obviously not with Gia) was so bad it just looked limp, lifeless, and very drab. My locks looked like curtains for my face. Gia brought life back into my curls! She first did a dry cut, then a S+C, then a little more trimming and finished off with a cream to define my curls. It has looked better than it has looked in years. Gia is amazing. I was searching for someone to do a curly cut on the Westside and I swear that SHE is the solution to every curly girl’s problems.

Wow ! My experience here was amazing. All of the staff was very polite and well educated on products. Billy helped me and he was more than wonderful! Thank you so much Billy for being so patient with me. You guys they don’t accept card only Venmo or cash so come prepared Bec I did not and Billy was so nice about it. Thank you! Deff coming back and bringing others.
