I’ve debated for 2 weeks about leaving a review. But after crying every day and not even being able to look at myself without crying, I felt I should. I’ve gone to Jackie to a few times for bang trims and once before for a highlight since June. This past time, she mixed up my toners. NO BIG DEAL! It happens and it’s a quick fix. I didn’t mind. But when I asked her for “feathered out curtain bangs” I was instead given micro bangs? Bangs that don’t even have any hair in the center? She cut it all off. Words do not do it justice. When she turned me to the mirror she immediately apologized said she was sorry, and that when she was trying to make them whispy, she must’ve just cut them shorter and shorter. Loved hazels work!!! She truly transformed my hair! I have never bleached my hair before until I came to hazel she made me feel so comfortable bleaching my whole head. I haven’t stop going to her ever since she has really taken good care of my hair. My hair is at its best ever since she touched my hair! 10/10 recommend!

This was my second time ever going to a hair salon and it was the best experience. Such a calming atmosphere, when you walk in you almost feel like you’re at home it’s cozy. My hair stylist Ms. Emily was amazing! She was sweet and welcoming, her confidence throughout the service made me feel great and the comfort she gave me allowed me to have the most confidence in her which is exactly how you wanna feel. Of course my hair came out great!! 10/10 recommend her and the salon 🫶🏻

Baige was awesome. I was so nervous about refreshing my natural red hair which has never seen color. Baige did an amazing job with a copper gloss treatment. My ginger hair like like it did 10 years ago!!!! Already made my next appointment!!!!🫶👩🏻‍🦰
