The Quad Barbershop

Tee serviced my daughter on yesterday and not only overcharged her for the original service, but she tried to make her come back for a correction and pay again. Even though I told her my daughter was upset about the results, she said she didnt care and would not be giving a refund. We asked for a partial refund and have yet to recieve it. Photos are attached. Service was horrible! I tried contacting the owner. None of the numbers work.

Anytime I come to ATL, this is one of my go to spots. I’ve known Ari since he started cutting hair at Quad and it’s still top notch. Even waited to come here instead of getting a cut in NY. Make sure you book with Ari. He’s professional, time efficient, affordable, and reliable. Everything you look for in a barber and a person! Also if you talk basketball, local sports, music, or philosophy you’ll have some great convo with your cut!

If I could give a 0 I would! This was an extremely disappointing experience. Beyond the results, the level of professionalism was lacking, and the attitude came across as dismissive rather than client-focused. There was little effort made to listen, communicate clearly, or address concerns in a respectful way. A true professional should care about their work, stand behind their services, and prioritize the client experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking services.

Been coming here for a few years and just getting around to a review. But want to say this is the best barbershop in the Atlanta area. It gives me old barbershop vibes in an updated space. These guys can hold conversations, make you laugh, and feel valued as a client. My barber Ari is a master barber and artist with the clippers. He can do any cut and is an expert with fades. I cant recommend him enough. Stop by take a seat, watch a game and get a cut. I promise you'll become a client and be back.

I booked an appointment with Dee Cutz about 3 days ahead of time. After she was 30 minutes late, she told me to wait another 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and its taking another 10 minutes to get my money…never EVER coming back
